Your often proven friendship with Slovakia and your best relations with Mr. Chairman of the Government Dr. Tuka are the basis on which I hope to see your kind treatment of the above-mentioned matters. The Chairman of the Government of Dr.Tuka also attaches great importance to the question of whether the persons concerned have been seriously indebted to the Reich, if he knew this would not be the case if he did not take advantage of Mr. State Secretary's intervention.
