Reference : Order of 29.9.1942 My surveys revealed : The hotel is owned by the Directorate-General of the agricultural enterprises and industries in Prague XIX.,Bubentsch 49. The farm belongs to their brewery administration in Beneschau. The lease agreement with one quarter of a year's notice clause has already been terminated on l.lo.l94l. At the request of Plešak, the lease was left as a tenant until 31.3.1942. A court settlement has been concluded on this matter. Plešek, however, did not move out on this date either. Since the Janeček gun factory in Teinitz urgently needed rooms for the accommodation of its staff, it leased the hotel, which has 14 guest rooms, with effect from 1.7.1942. Plešak had to vacate on 2l.9.1942 at the initiative of the court in Neweklau. In the hotel two rooms were left for him for himself, his wife and 1 child to live. The reason for the termination was that Plešak did not keep the desired order in the hotel, although he was previously asked to do so by the brewery management. Plešack personally stated that he still has no prospect of taking over another business. He was a miller and is in negotiations for renting a mill.
