23 2. Ordinance on the structure of the authority of the Reich Protector in Bohemia and Moravia On the basis of Section 4 of the VO on the structure of the administration and the German security police in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia of 1 September 1939 (RGBl.I p. 1081) and the regulation law in the protectorate of Böhmen and Moravia on 7 July 1939 (RSGl. I p. 1039) is decreed in agreement with the Reich Minister of the Interior : § 1 (1) The authority of the Reich Protector in Bohemia and Moravia is divided under the State Secretary and the Under-Secretary of State into the following departments and independent groups: Division I General and Internal Administration Division II Economic and Labour Division III Transport and Technology Division IV Cultural Policy Group Finance Group Justice Group Education and Culture Group Post (2) The departments are divided into groups and units according to the instructions of the Imperial Protector. (3) Add to this: (a) the Central Administration (b) the Representative of the Foreign Office. The Central Administration is directly under the responsibility of the Under-Secretary of State.
