Division III Prague, 27 February 1941 16 Ä u B e ru n g ! On the request of the BdS and the SD of 18.2.194l . Subject: P u t z, Oskar, Procurator, born on 22.6.1898 in Kirchenbirk, residing in Kaaden, Wistritzerstr. 67l. Scheich enos t, Erwin and Bürger, Adolf, are personally known to me. Both of them were not only temporary, but for a long time they were acting as trusted men of the then field office Annaberg/Erzgeb. Both were intrepid men, who made themselves unselfishly available for the interests of the empire with the full commitment of their personnel. As a result of their special suitability, both have, over time, received and always carried out special orders of various kinds. The arrest of the Sc h e i - c h e n o s t and of the B e r by the Czechs was at present a serious loss for the branch office of Anna-berg , especially since it was not easy to replace trusted persons , who were fully engaged in the tasks that were often very difficult at that time . I have been informed of the facts which led to their arrest in a similar way to those laid down by the Sudetenland court in the case against P u t z. Meissher, Krim.-Insp. D.
