II. Murder readiness and homicide commission. 1. General duties of the willingness to murder and homicidal commission. (a) The task of the willingness to commit murder is to carry out the first attack and all non-deportable affairs in the presence of a crime against life and all natural deaths in order to clarify the facts and to ensure the security of traces; these units must therefore always be operational. (b) The Homicide Commission is called upon to continue the investigation of the case with all the energy until the end. 2. Use of the murder readiness and the homicide commission. a) The action of the homicidal readiness begins immediately with the becoming aware of a capital crime. As soon as the first willingness to commit murder has become active, the willingness to substitute murder automatically enters into readiness and takes over the processing of any newly reported capital crime. (b) The use of the Homicide Commission or, where appropriate, the reinforcement of the homicide Commission, which may be necessary on a case-by-case basis, shall be expressly ordered by the head or representative of the working departments (KD, KA, GK — meA); in the absence thereof, the head of the inspection of the (1) head of K II, at the KD, (2) head of 2. K - with the KA and GK — meA -, who is then responsible for everything else. 3. Notification of the willingness to kill.
