General tasks. The inspectors of the Non-Uniformed Protectorate Police shall: (a) first and foremost (1) ensure close and understanding cooperation with all departments subordinate to the Member States; (2) promote the organisational development of the non-uniformed protectorate police; (3) exercise the supervisory powers conferred upon them by personal controls on the spot; (4) keep close contact with the Presidents of Land(vize) and inform them of all important events and all essential findings and observations; and, where appropriate, provide suggestions for the authorities of internal administration and, for example, any difficulties arising.
