14a With regard to the fact that self-sufficiency does not bring any advantage to the students of the academy, rather certain disadvantages (a change in the catering is then no longer possible as easily) and that otherwise administrative burdens are associated with it, I would advise against including the pupils of the Academy in the self-supply, even in order not to give rise to misguided ideas of better food as self-catering and then dissatisfaction. On the other hand, group A self-providers with the higher ration rates may be regarded as workers and employees who work mainly in agriculture (including the head and inspector), but not as law clerks and those who are temporarily involved in harvesting, etc. In this case, however, they have the special supplement for harvest helpers (150 g bread and 15 g fat daily and 250 g meat weekly).
