Unfortunately I have not yet met you at your new place of duty. I would therefore ask you, in this written way, to express my warmest congratulations on your appointment as Secretary of State of the Pro- tectorate of Bohemia-Mähren, and may you be granted the same full success in your new highly responsible position as you achieved in your struggle for the liberation of Germandom in Sudetengau. My new office is Pardubitz. Ieh would be very pleased to welcome you on occasion to my office. At my next presence in Prague, I will not fail to report to you on the work that has been done so far.
