31 3i to Czech commandos would not be necessary in themselves, but perhaps appropriate for psychological reasons. It could be given in such a way that in the Czech public the singing and playing of Czech songs by departments of the autonomous executives of this nature and their a position in the Reichsverbande could not be apportioned and therefore this measure became necessary. With regard to the corresponding regulation for the government force, it is considered expedient to send the Wehrmacht authorised copy of the internal instruction of the Higher 44 and police leader with the suggestion that a corresponding order for the governmental force be issued from the above mentioned political considerations. It should be considered whether the autonomous executives and government forces should not be stopped by their music bands in public only to play German songs and marches. In addition, they could perhaps be prompted to practice German soldiers' songs, which have no typical national-German content, but first and foremost to express soldatic attitudes and ways of thinking. At the same time, training hours could be prevented from allowing the departments of the autonomous executive and government forces to sing only Czech songs in closed rooms. However, in public, these songs should only be sung by them if there is a guarantee that they are properly trained and will not be distorted by a Czech language. 4 - Hauptsturmführer
