2.3 Copy ! Wehrmacht representative at Prague, 6 November 1942. Reich Protector and Commander in the Wehrkreis Böhmen and Moravia Br.B.Nr.2085/42 Betr.: Government Force. To the Higher 4 and Police Leader at the Reich Protector in Bohemia and Moravia, Mr. State Secretary 4-Group Leader K.H.Fra n k, F 14/XI Prague. Pisek ? Dear Secretary of State ! The increased use of the government force for the Zwekke of the Wehrmacht gives me the reason to check once to what extent the government troops have been used to the burden of war since the beginning of the war. These findings have shown: a dt d a) military shelters and apartments of the married up to 5% for the accommodation of weapons-4, police, Wehrmacht and civilian service stations, b) horse stables and other storage rooms up to 40%, c) about 2000 complete clothing sets in the spring of 1942, moreover accommodation equipment of various kinds without compensation, d) in individual locations significant garden areas. I have recently been addressed to you by various departments of the government's future area. Thus, on 28.10.1942, 5l married officers and non-commissioned officers, who, despite the use of the W Bv, had not been transferred to the competent authorities because of lack of accommodation, informed that they had to vacate their home in Beneschau within a very short period of time. For me it is only a matter of caring for the government force as far as it is necessary, i.e. MG-16/42
