34 - 3 - Orders, symbols and ribbons may only be handed over to the buyer in the prescribed package. (2) The orders, symbols of honour and bracelets referred to in § 1 (1) may not be issued together with other objects or mixed with them. They are to be shown separately in a special shop window or, if there is only one shop window, from the other exhibited items to preferred places. § 4 (1) The authorization to trade in the items referred to in § 1 (1) is preferably restricted to specific transactions which do not lead to any other articles. (2) An authorization pursuant to § 1 (1) does not apply: department stores, unit and series price shops or shops which are to be observed in the same way, companies with laundry, knitted and crocheted goods, sports goods, books, stationery and paper goods, articles of art, decorations, toys and galantry goods, household supplies and appliances. § 5 (1) Firms which have so far acted with the entities referred to in § 1 (1) and wish to continue to operate this trade must submit an application for authorisation under § 1 (2) within 4 weeks of the entry into force of this Regulation. The application must be made in triplicate to the Section for Clothing, Textiles and Footwear of the Einzklebswirtschaftsgruppe, which, with its opinion, will be forwarded to the Minister for Economic Affairs and Labour. (2) Firms which do not receive the requested authorization shall make available their stocks of the goods referred to in Article 1 (1) within 4 months of the date of notification.
