(2) The orders, symbols of honour and ordnance bands referred to in § 1 para.l may not be issued together with other objects or mixed with them. They are to be shown separately in a special shop window or, if there is only one shop window, in a preferred place from the other items on display. § 4 (1) The authorization to trade the items referred to in § 1 (1) shall preferably be granted to special shops which do not carry any other articles. (2) An authorization pursuant to § 1 (1) shall not be granted: goods, unit and series price transactions or transactions to be considered, firms engaged in laundry, knitted or crocheted goods, sports goods, books, stationery and paper goods, articles of apparel, decorations, toys and galantry, household supplies and ear- canals. § 5 (1) Firms which have so far acted with the objects referred to in § 1 (1) and wish to continue this trade must submit an application for the granting of the authorization in accordance with § 1 paragraph 1 within 4 weeks of the entry into force of this Regulation. The application must be submitted in triplicate to the Section for Clothing, Textiles and Footwear of the Einzhandcl Economic Group, which, with its opinion, shall be forwarded to the Ministor for Economic and Labour Affairs. (2) Firms which do not hold the requested consent shall dispose of their stocks of the goods referred to in § 1 (1) within 4 months of the date of delivery. After expiry of this period, the goods still in existence may only be disposed of to an approved dealer.
