In this meeting General B i l y declared that he belonged to the Board of the Resistance Groups and that he was at the seats of the Organization. From the interrogation of the former General A.D. Bohuslav V s e t i c k a of 29.2.40, and of the previous Chief A. D. Ladislav K o t i k of l9.3.40, it appears that in July or August l939 a meeting of senior officers of the entire resistance group in Bohemia and Moravia took place in Prague in the residence of the B i l y in Prague, attended by General B i y, General N e u m a n, General V o j t a, General M e z e l, General Vo y c e c h o v s k y, Colonel K ot i k, Colonel Ko h o u t e k and Colonel Leutnar+ K u d l a c e k, where the status of the organisation was discussed and guidelines for future work were given. In the same interview, Colonel K o t i k stated that, in his opinion, the Executive Board of the Central Commission consisted of the generals B i l y, N e u m a n, V s e t i c k a and M e z e l.
