89 Prague, 19 March 1940. 1. In the criminal case against Koranda and Kriegl, the Judiciary Group has now submitted to the Secretary of State a draft letter to the Ministry of Justice requesting that the files be sent for comments before the investigation is completed. Fortunately, among the events brought back by the Czech Ministry of the Interior, which had been secured at the time when the Prague SdP business office was closed by Czech police, the party files on the criminal case against the Koran and Kriegl could also be investigated.
