In order to prevent all misunderstandings, I allow myself to draw your attention to the experiences that were gathered on 28 January 1939 to the fact that on the occasion of the death of the President Masaryk every kind of event or rally is prohibited. Likewise, any kind of display or distribution of pressure and image products by and via Masaryks is prohibited, too. The day of death is thought only in the form that His Excellency Dr. Hácha, President of the State, lays down a wreath at the tomb of President Masaryk. I ask for the corresponding announcement.
