The decision states: "According to the findings of the safety bodies and partly of your own confession and the testimony of the witnesses Blažena Petržilek and Karl Lukeš, it was established that you stood on 9.8.4o in the open passage of the building of the Agricultural Savings Bank on the market place in Rakonitz, i.e. in a publicly accessible place, with the witness Karl Lukes in dispute, which offered you the sticking of the posters of the Vlajka at the gates of the house. They grabbed it by the neck, shook it and pressed it into the passageway, which caused a clash of people to cause and public annoyance."
