The Prague, whether the Czechs should be invited to the Reichsparteitag, is answered positively : a) because for political-propagandist reasons a representation of the Czech is required and because thereby their connection to the kingdom is expressed internally and externally; b) because both the Národní souručenství and the right-wing opposition groups have repeatedly expressed the desire to be allowed to appear at the party congress. 2. The question of who to invite. It is not so important, for political-propagandistic reasons, that the representatives of the protectorate government are invited, rather, the representatives from the Czech people. The Národní sou- ručenství is not to be regarded as the only representation of the Czech people ( next to the government ), since within and outside the Ná Rodní souručenství political groups exist, which express in their programmes and sentiments the ideas of the Reich more clearly and more up-to-date. The invitation is intended to show that not only the representatives of the Czech People's Organization were taken into account, but the Czech people as such.
