Invitation of Czechs as honorary guests for the Reich Party Day, I inform you that Secretary of State F r a n k is currently on vacation. I do not wish to hand over your letter to any representative for completion,as I assume that you would like to have the proposals of the Secretary of State in person. Mr. State Secretary will return on 7 August from his trip to the North. I will then present your letter immediately.
