Copy. 13 Excerpt from Government Regulation No. 380 v.2l December 1938 Coll. § 5. (l) The rest (regulation) enjoyed by the state employees and their survivors, who remained after the deductions according to § 3, are reduced for the duration of the authorised stay outside the territory of the csl. republic as follows: from amounts up to 24,000 Kc annually by .......... 10% of the rest of the pension (regulation) over 24.00o Kc per year, but not below the lowest level laid down in the relevant pension regulation. 2. The reduction provided for in this § shall not apply to a temporary stay outside the territory of the Republic, which shall not exceed 60 days in the course of a year; the date of departure from the territory and the day of return shall not count for that period. (3) For the duration of the reduction referred to in paragraph 1, the reduction, which is contained in Section 7 of the Law of 20 May l930, No.70 Coll. and in the corresponding provisions, shall cease.
