V/ - 6 - These organizations make use of numerous civil forces of the Comintern, some of which would never think of joining a communist party. c) The ultimate goal of the Kömintern According to the programme of l928, the Comintern is "the only international power whose programme is the dictatorship of the proletariat and communism, and which openly acts as the organizer of the international proletarian revolution". Today's statement by the Comintern leaders on this objective is determined by the fact of the close connection between the ComIntern and the Soviet Union (organizational, financial, personnel, etc.) and for some time now Stalin (who is officially Secretary-General of the Communist Party of the Sdvjet Union, but in reality is also dictator of the Soviet and the Com Intern) has tried to deny this connection (example: interview with the American journalist Howard l936). This tactic was widely understood by the Probolshevists throughout the world as a real change in Soviet politics. On the one hand (especially from the Jewish side) the love of peace of the Soviet Union was praised, on the other hand the anti-Semitic tendency of Stalin and his alleged return to bourgeois principles were raised. As proof of this, Trotsky's persecution, the new Soviet constitution, etc., have been mentioned with preference. On the other hand, it must be noted that the true goal of the Comintern has not changed in any way. The objective stated in Section 1 of the Commission's Statute "The establishment of a world union of socialist Soviet republics" still exists today. It has already been realized on 1/7 of the Earth's surface and is being pursued in the same way for the remaining 6/7.
