-9 - II. The Marxist International. a) The Organization of the II. and III. Internationally, too, the Konintern is necessarily leading towards the other Marxist groups, The II. International is inhibited by its parliamentary principle (majority votes, to which the minority does not conform, are not uncommon) as well as by taking back to its member parties, which sit in different governments. The seat of the II. Internationale is Brussels, their president of the Belgian Senator de Brouckère, their secretary general of the Jude Friedrich Adler. The socialist workers' inter-national is still in contrast to the Com-tern, but in practice they are preparing the way. Three power is largely based on the large side internationals affiliated to it (International Trade Union Confederation, International Cooperative Federation, Socialist Youth International, Socialist Workers Sport International, etc.).On the other hand, the Comintern is a unified world party, which only disintegrates into completely dependent sections of Moscow. Paragraph 1 of the Comintern Statutes reads: "The Communist International - the international workers' association - is the unification of the Communist parties of the various countries into a single communist world party. As the leader and organizer of the revolutionary movement of the world proletariat, as the bearer of the principles and objectives of communism, the Communist International is fighting for the majority of the working class and the broad strata of the poor peasants, for the principles of communism and goals, for setting up the world dictatorship of the proletariat, for establishing a world union of socialist Soviet republics, for total elimination of classes and for the realization of socialism, this first stage of communist society." The organization of the Comintern is accordingly tightly centralized. The World Congress, held only at intervals of several years, is the head of the Comintern. In reality, the Executive Committee (Ekki) governs ResxExskukixkoaikeex(xkki).
