8 St.S. V F - 1b/41. Prague, 15 January 1942. 4 yone fmnfe Y Lomtef 9 Zihr anfiuhen 1 d17,142 Herr unterstaatsekretir. I hereby send the report for the month of November 1941, compiled by the Bohemian State Authority, to the satisfaction of my knowledge. The State Secretary is interested in the section "Landwirtschaftliche Lage" - and that is why,. because, first of all, he considers the state of sowing to be an attempt to create a favourable starting position for Czech farmers from the point of view of the future harvest result. The Minister of State has asked you to look into the matter, so that the argument of bad spending is not - wrongly - referred to as unburdening in the discussion of the tariff quotas from the Czech side. The Secretary of State would then like to know whether the difficult work situation has indeed prevented farmers from leaving the country in good time and whether the measures taken by the power stations in southern Bohemia have still made it difficult for them to leave the country. Furthermore, the Secretary of State stresses the importance of obtaining a short but exhaustive statement on the question of the alleged 4th potato quota which is too high. Finally, the Minister of State is concerned that 100% compliance with the third pig slaughter operation should be ensured. In addition to the "Prispol" association, the Czech Ministry of Agriculture must be in charge of this. Jch would be grateful if, on the basis of the above, the report to Mr vy Secretary of State on what was necessary was introduced. T2 Heinechu (perrondak) A i D. mi Tel Oberregierungsrat. t 5639
