63 - 4 - c) Finally, the papal blessing may be granted with perfect indulgence under this formula: "In the authority given to me by the Apostolic See, I grant you a complete indulgence and the abandonment of all sins in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. However, since during the war the so-called free or public cities are exposed to air raids, the priests may, in the event of the danger of death during such air attacks, so that they are not deprived of religious help in the risk of their lives, release them from all sins and reserved and manifest censors, also with a general formula (according to Massga- ber of No. I4b), and give them the papal blessing with complete indulgence (see above). 15. At the baptism of adults, apply the formula intended for children. 16. Allowing the sick to receive the Holy Eucharist daily, even if they have previously taken a medicine or a drink. 17. To bless with a single sign of the cross and without compensation from any legal claim: a) pious objects and to them as well as the so-called Birgit-tenrosenkränzen the papal indulgences; b) rosary wreaths according to the nature of the Marian Rosary and to connect with them the so called Crosslord's indulgence; e) crucifixes, and to lend them either the Crucifixions for those who are legally prevented from visiting the Stations of the Cross, or a perfect indulgence, which can be proclaimed by any believer in the hours of death.
