Betr.: J u n g w i r t h, Karl, Dr., Oberpolizeikommis-sar, geb. On 2 September 19902 in Filsen, at the moment Prague. Introduction: Here.- B 4, PA. 1807 - of 2.2.1940. 1%3. The extensive investigations carried out in the meantime on Jungwirth provided the unanimous evidence that J, a Czech chauvinist, is the worst variety. As already reported, he proved himself as such both in his work in Böhmisch Krumau, as well as as as police commissioner in Eger and as vice-president commissioner in Reichenberg. J. is a fanatical German hater and, in his official capacity, with all conceivable means, terro- rized Germanism and significantly damaged his party and association life. With special passion, he made meetings of the DNSAP and later the SdP impossible or prohibited. Various punishments of Sd P administrators, i.e. of SDP orders, should be booked solely on Jungwirth's account. Especially in the last days before the upheaval, he distinguished himself in Krumau by the most brutal action against imprisoned Germans. On his command, the inns were ruthlessly cleared by the police and numerous Germans were beaten down on the street or arrested as hostages and treated inhumanely.
