This, in turn, would contradict the decision taken by the leader in September 1994 to apply the Reichssatz for the maintenance of calm and order and for the maximum performance of the defence industry working in the Protectorate for the German-Tun in Bohemia and Moravia and for around 2 million workers. In view of the planned increase in bread and meat rationings in the Reich, a reduction in dietary rates should have a disastrous effect and have serious consequences both politically and in terms of armaments. A short report on the administrative system in progress is included. On the recognition of the "viability" of the Czech people and the related current problems: a) admission of Czechs to the Reichsarbeitsdienst, b) establishment of Czech police battalions and German leadership for use for certain war tasks, c) use of Czech service personnel trained at Flakkeschützen at Skoda and Brünner Waffenwerken in the event of air raids on these works and the introduction of German greetings to Czechs require a leader's decision.
