Vic frc. 58 The Head of Division II Prague, May 14, 1942. To Group II 2. The Secretary of State decided on May 3rd in the case enclosed as follows: Feed allocation to all riding clubs outside the city of Prague can be stopped. As far as the riding clubs in the city of Prague are concerned, the Czech riding clubs number 1, 2, 3 and 5 of the accompanying list are to be merged into a single Czech riding club. However, the feed allocation for this riding club is to be limited to a small number of riding horses. Because of the number of horses for which putters are allocated, in the German riding club in which the riding stable of Johann Šmaha is to be established, the Group II 2 is to conduct negotiations with Minister Councillor Eccard and Colonel von Briesen. The Secretary of State wishes to be informed as soon as possible of the outcome of these negotiations.
