Prague, 21 May 1942. Fmyo -h26 Betr.: Foundation of the German Horsemen's Federation. 1.) Order on animal feed restriction. 2.) Tournament horses, which have demonstrably (!) participated in tournaments, are not affected by this restriction. 3.) Verification of the horses by the. All previous Czech Reitelubs (with the exception of one club in Prague-City, to which about 15 - 20 horses could be granted) are to be dissolved (Bds) and from this stock about 26 Czech horses for German purposes are acquired. 5.) Czech riding clubs in Prague country are not accepted. 6.) Hauptwann Thiel is to select horses that are suitable for German purposes on the pretext of pre-examination. From the selection is Oberst v. Görz communication to mach. 7.) About 50 to 60 000 RM are to be estimated as the basis for the German Horse Federation. 8.) To the Grürdung des Deutschen Reiterbunds an invitation is to be provided in the Czernin (Dienstleistungszimmer).
