84 + Minutes of the foundation collection of the German Horse Federation found on May 29th. The foundation meeting for the German Riding Federation took place in Prague. The persons listed on the first page were present. Eecard led the meeting, welcomed the published ones and briefly clarified the purpose of the discussion and the reasons for the formation of the German Horsemen's League. Major Thiel spoke about the goals of the Deutscher Reiterbund. Furthermore, the model sets planned for the Reiterbund were read and, if there were any doubts, talked through. § lo of the Articles of Association was amended to include not only the President, but also the Vice-President of the Reichsprotektor für Böhmen und Mähren. For the Finance Committee government council Dr.v.Steun and Standartenführer Rossig were appointed. Another member is to be appointed for this later. The formation of the tournament committee was postponed until later. Dr. Eccard announced that the Reichsprotektor would have proposed a sum of 60,000 RM for the purpose of the Reiterbund, especially for the purchase of club-owned horses. Dr. EcCard and Major Thiel briefly spoke about the future financial management of the federal government. It was emphasized that the members of the formations had no contribution to b@pay, since the formation itself is a member of the federation and will be transferred to the federation for corresponding contributions. At the same time it was stressed that the federation will not exert any influence on the riding operation within the formationers. Dr. Schmidt spoke about the strained feed situation. In the rest of the Reich area, food will only be allocated for such riding horses, which can be called a tournament horses or full blood horses and race horses. A similar order will also be issued in the Protectorate. Dr. Eecard pointed out that after the previous discussions for the horses of the German Horse Federation, certain exceptions will apply with regard to the special conditions in the Protectorate.
