-5 - The scope of the work of the committees shall be determined by the chairman.The committees shall advise the chairman in their field. Each committee shall consist of at least three members who shall be appointed by the chairman for a period of three years with the right of revocation.The chairman shall appoint at each meeting a member who shall chair all meetings, in the event that he or his representative is not present. To point 5 : The heads of the sections and the heads of branch associations are appointed by the chairman for a period of three years with the right of revocation, after obtaining the written consent of the permanent district head of the NSDAP. The same conduct the business of the branches under them, e.g. branch associations according to the instructions given by the president. Each sectional chairman, i.e. obrans of a branch association, is attached to three members, who are also appointed by the chairman with the right of revocation for a period of three years. Furthermore, the provisions applicable to the committees /see point 4/ apply mutatis mutandis. On item 6 : The ordinary members' impoverishment shall take place every year within the first quarter of the calendar year. The chairman shall inform the members of the members in writing of the appointment of the latter at least 1 4 days before the date and place of their stay and shall inform them in good time in the official language of some daily newspapers, indicating the agenda. An extraordinary general meeting may be convened by the chairman as required. Upon entering the general meeting, the invitation must be made. The general meeting shall take place without regard to the number of members who have appeared. The General Assembly shall be entitled to make proposals. Such proposals must be sent to the General Secretariat by registered letter at least eight days prior to the general meeting.Bending decisions are not taken with a vote.The general assembly is responsible for: 1. the receipt of the annual report, the audited annual accounts, the estimates, as well as the discharge of the chairman and the bodies of the federal government. 2. Request for amendments to the statutes.The president shall make the amendments to its statutes with the written approval of the Reiehsprotektor. 3. Request About the dissolution of the federation. 4. Every year the designation of two auditors who, if possible, should not be members of the Federation. 01501
