18 -4 § 10 organs of the Federation. Organs of the Confederation are: I. the Chairman, 2. the Chairman-Deputy, 3. the Advisory Council, 4. the Exclusives, 5. the Head of the Branch Associations and Sections, 6. the Membership Association. As regards points 1 and 2 : The Chairman and Chairman-Deputy will be appointed by the Reichsprotektor für Böhmen und Mähren in cooperation with the Head of the ÖBW in Berlin on the proposal of the Advisory Council and after obtaining the written consent of the patron of the NsDaP. The Chairman directs the Federation in accordance with the guiding principle and takes all decisions on his own responsibility.In particular, he represents the Federation externally, with grace and extrajudicial jurisdiction.He is to be invited to all meetings which he does not convene.He presides at all meetings, in which he participates.The Chairman is entitled to supervise other organs or members of the Federation with the approval of certain duties. Decisions of the chairman, as well as his decisions, gain legal force by his signature.These decisions, as also all recognitions of the federation and its organs, are announced to the members by circular.The chairman is represented, in case of his prevention by the chairman's deputy. As regards item 3: the Advisory Council shall consist of the Chairman and the Chairman's deputies, as well as at least eight other members appointed by the Chairman, with the approval of the relevant district head of the NSdáP, with a right of revocation for a period of three years. At least one of the leading figures of the NSDAP and its divisions, who makes the decision, the state of the empire, the police as well as representatives of the skttive horsemen of the Nehrmacht and the civilian, are to be appointed as members of the advisory board. The meetings of the Advisory Council are in principle confidential. On point 4 : The committees are: 1. the honorary commission, 2. the general committee, 3. the technical committee, 1IS01 4. the financial committee, 5. other committees to be appointed by the chairman permanently or on a case-by-case basis.
