The dissolution of the Federation can only take place at the request of a meeting of members specially convened on this subject or after consulting the General Assembly at the suggestion of the President, or the Head of the Austrian Authority for the Examination of Warm Blood Horses (OBw). The dissolution is decided by the Reich Protector. § 13 Vereinmögen.
