2.) The Vice-Presidents shall be appointed and dismissed by the President; a Vice-Chairman shall be entrusted by the president with the performance of his duties. On point 3.): The President and his deputy shall appoint at least eight members appointed by the President with the right of revocation for a period of three years. The members of the advisory board are to be appointed primarily at least one leader of the NSDAP and its divisions, the Wehr- macht, the Reichnährstand, the police as well as representatives of the active rider of the German Wehrmacht and the civilian. The advisory board has only advisory activities. A decision-making by vote does not take place. The meetings of the Advisory Council shall in principle be confidential. 1.) The Committees shall be: 1.) the Honorary Committee, 2.) the General Committee, 3.) the Technical Committee, 4.) the Financial Committee, 5.) the President shall also be responsible for the work of the Committees on a permanent or occasional basis; the scope of the work shall be determined by the President. Each committee shall consist of at least three members appointed by the president with the right of revocation for a period of three years; the president shall appoint in each committee a member who shall preside at international meetings, if he or his alternate is not present. As regards point 5.): The heads of the Sections and the heads of branches shall be appointed by the President for a period of three years, with the right of revocation, after obtaining the written consent of the NSDAP's permanent High Authority; the same shall govern the business of the sectors or branches under their responsibility in accordance with the instructions given by the president. Each section head or head of a branch is attached to three co-chairmen, who are also appointed by the President with the right of revocation for a period of three years. Furthermore, the provisions applicable to the committees (see point 4 above) are to be applied mutatis mutandis. On item 6 : The Ordinary General Assembly shall take place every year within the first quarter of the year. The President shall convene the meeting at least 14 days before the date of its holding. The members shall be informed in writing of the time and place and shall be notified in due time in the official organ and in a number of newspapers, indicating the agenda. An extraordinary general meeting may be convened by the President as required.
