§ 1 Name and registered office of the Federation. The Federation bears the name: German Horsemen's League in Bohemia and Moravia, has its seat in Prague and extends its activities to the territory of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Mähren. It is entitled to establish sections and branches in the associated areas. The Federation is registered in the Association Register and is a member of the "Reichsverband für Zücht und Prüfung deutschen Warmbluts" in Berlin, affiliated to the Reichsnährstand and under the authority of the highest authority for the testing of warm blood horses in Berlin ( OBw ) and is also bound by the instructions of the Supreme Authority for Whole Blood Breeding and Races ( O BV ). § 2 Purpose of the Federation. The German Horse Federation in Bohemia and Moravia is an exclusively non-profit association. The purpose is to promote the breeding, testing and keeping of German warm blood horse as a breeding, riding and drawing horse, the promotion of riding and driving sports as well as the sporting care of all persons active here. § 3 Structure of the Federation. In order to be able to carry out certain tasks laid down in the statutes, and also for the purpose of the participation and use of special institutions by individual groups of members, the seat of the Confederation may be set up. In the territories outside Prague, places with a corresponding large number of members must be established. The membership of a section or branch always presupposes personal membership of the federation. Sections and branches do not have their own statutes. § 4 Membership. The federation includes: A. Personal members, i.e. a) Ehr en mit g l i e d e r. The President may appoint persons who have acquired special services for the Federation or equestrian sport at all. Honorary members are not obliged to contribute. (c) in the future, a one-off amount to be fixed by the President.
