For veterinary treatment, each owner of the horse may order his own veterinarian; on request or in urgent cases, the German Horse Federation shall include a veterinarian on his own initiative at the expense of the importer. Liability for damages and diseases affecting the horses recruited shall not be assumed, regardless of who has caused the damage or the disease.
