§ 12. Conciliation of disputes. Disputes arising from the association relationship is finally settled by the chairman, excluding the ordinary courts. § 13. Dissolution of the federation. The dissolution of the federal government can only take place at the request of a special meeting of members convened for this purpose or after consulting the assembly of members at the suggestion of the chairman or the supervisor of the Supreme Authority for the Breeding and Examination of German Warm Blood (OBW). The Reich Protector decides on the resolution. § 14. Vereinmögen. In the event of the dissolution of the federation, the assets of the association may only be used for the purpose specified in § 2.
