15e § 8. Pilichten of the members. All members are obliged: 1. to support the German Horsemen's Federation in the achievement of its goals and to comply with the statutes of the federation; to pay the fixed contributions; 3. to proceed in the event of performance tests according to the regulations of the Supreme Authority for the breeding and testing of German Warm Blood (OBW). § 9. Membership fees. The members referred to in section 4 in points c, d, e and f are obliged to pay a one-off admission fee and also continuous annual contributions, the amount of which is fixed by the chairman at the beginning of each calendar year. The membership cards are issued on the name of the members and are not transferable. Members who did not comply with their payment obligation until 1 June will be asked to pay on delivery. Delayed contributions can also be called for in court. § 10. Federal bodies. Drgane of the federal government are: 1. the chairman, 2. the vice-chairman, 3. the managing director, 5
