45a In order to put an end to the matter, I have ordered Mrs Maceška to state the circumstances in the application for damages, and after examining her claims by the accounting officer, I decided. In my opinion, I did not cause unfounded expenditure by the police, but I didnot advise Mrs Maceška to do so, as it is my duty in the interest of the procedure, to inform her that she is entitled to a loss of income, but that she does not have a right to compensation for all times /handling/ or for the allocation of compensations. The Commission proposed that a claim for payment of the purchase price of a substitute company should be made if it succeeds in finding one.
