VV Ordinance on the protection of cultural monuments in Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia of l. o k t o b e r 1940. On the basis of § 1 of the Ordinance on the right of legal representation in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Mihren of 1 June 1939, RGBl.I.s.l039 is prescribed: § 10 (1) Cultural monuments may be executed from the Protectorates of Bohemia or Mihren until further notice only with the approval of the Imperial Protector in Bohemia and uthren. (2) Cultural monuments within the meaning of this Regulation are objects of artistic or domestic value or of particular importance to the Wiesenschaft. § 2.
