The meeting was initially conducted internally in the police officers' circle, 8n9 hegs, exchanging their experiences and impressions with each other. Then, Lieutenant-General H u c ktee-, assigned to the Superior Council of Prague and at the same time in the staff of General Reinefarth, reported to General Reenefarth on the outcome of the meeting. After noon at 17.3o a joint meeting took place, in which I participated and brought some speakers with me. At this joint meeting, the police speakers presented various points that they had noticed. We were not offered anything new, but we were all aware of it. However, it was helpful that details were taught on the basis of the local surveys which we can now follow. In March 1943, it was demonstrated that the German school inspectors often did not know their schools enough and, partly also out of personal ties, did not adequately comply with the provisions on teaching obligations, etc. We have been shown to have seen cases in which the school workers and teachers have been able to significantly reduce their hourly rate without the school inspectors having noticed it or having taken steps, as I have explained in the management report, the necessary measures have already been taken to improve and activate the school supervision. In this respect, of course, these individual suggestions or individual reports, as they were given yesterday, are very useful.
