Due to the state secretary High Honored State Secretary and Reichapretektor in Uchesanis mahren SS. Gruppenführer ! Eng= 2 9.AUG.1942 Counting on kind indulgence, I allow myself to introduce myself before I go into the matter briefly. From a young age, I was a member of the Olomouc Metropolitan Chapter and, as such, through twenty-five years of incompleted probation and city priest of Kremsian and Olomouzi, and finally Dompre- lat at the Metropolian Church in Olomoug.- Soon after the establishment of the Czechoslovak State, I had to leave Olomouga, since I never had a very popular personality among the Czechs. After several years, which I had to spend in the greatest misery abroad in the absence of any compulsory pension payment from the church authority, the question of a pension payment was finally settled, albeit to this day, to a perfectly insufficient extent. - I spent the time until the year l939 mainly in Rome, and also there received the ecclesial dignity of a Papal prelates.- At that time after Olmütz still competent and entitled to my residence, I experienced in the year l938 in Petschau(Sudetengau), where I visited with faithful friends, the family of the Duke of Beaufort, the fulfilment of my longing - the return of the Sudetenland.- But unfortunately Olmutz was not included.- I returned to Rome and asked immediately at the German Embassy in Rome, on the basis of the Germans of the rest of the Rumpftschechei, the option,a Reichsdeutsche passport, which, however,I do not want to go to the embassy in Rome and I would like to make written requests to the relevant authorities in Berlin and Reichenberg, with the reason that no implementing provisions had yet been adopted,it was only then possible to obtain, as well as our liberation, by the proclamation of the German Prtotektor-rate, had been achieved. - I now had the long-awaited rich German passport and must now also - and I did it gladly, despite the difficulties I looked at - bear the consequences of it.- Lack of sending any foreign currency abroad, I had to leave Rome in October l939 and returned to Germany I have not been able to find a new job since then, nor have I found a stable apartment, and have since been forced to look for accommodation in hotels without interruption, with the exception of spa visits in Petschau, which is certainly not easy at my old age, especially since accommodation in hotel is also associated with the greatest difficulties. - I live without a permanent stay and by the kindness of faithful friends.- \0-14642
