I S.lo39/ vird preordat: §1 /1/ The Sections III.2. VI. VII 8. Dio appointment requires confirmation by the Reicheprotector. /2/ The Director represents the Landant in court and in court. The Landant may be a sovereign holder of rights and obligations. §3 The previous responsibility and powers of the Agriculture Board for the sections dissociated according to § l are transferred in full to the Head of the Bodonauto. §4 The Director of the Land Office shall require the Minister of Finance only to make accounts at the end of a calendar year. §5 This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of the announcement.
