I propose the following rules for the handling of the Czech university foundations: 1.) An amount of 2 million Reichsmarks will be entered in the Dr. Emil-Hacha-Fonds. 2.) The existing land will also be transferred to Dr. Emil-Hacha-Fonds with the obligation to transfer the administration to the Land Office and to carry out the exploitation according to the provisions of the Land Authority. 3.) The liquid funds are collected and the association for the maintenance of the German folkdom in Bohemia and Moravia is instructed.
