In the case of abattoirs and vicchhofs, there are 5 companies, but they are not fully employed and are recruited to other companies.According to the abathoirs, 3-4 companies are required to carry out this task. However, the management of slaughter and slaughter operations carries out its activities in a police capacity and is available for the partial assistance of veterinary surgeons against reimbursement of costs.
