STATE SECRETARY FOR THE RUSSIAN PROTECTOR IN THINGS AND IN MORAVA, PRAGUE, inv. 1641, sig. 109-4/1396
English Translation
On 25.1.1943, I discuss the request for Klepsch to purchase the Skopis vegetable farm in German-Kopis by telephonic means with Obersturmbannführer Fischer, Landamt Prag. Fischer explains to me that Klepsch's request had already been received by him, but that he could not comply with the request for the disposal of the Ekopis vegetable farm, because in principle such possessions could not be sold during the war, but were used by the Land Office itself through interim management. Even if 3 Klepsch were to be left to the holding on an exceptional basis, he would also have to obtain an export permit so that he could bring the vegetables obtained on that holding to an end. This export authorisation could also only be shared under certain conditions, since the frotektorate was dependent on the vegetable itself. He therefore sees no possibility of responding to Klepsch's wish, even taking into account the particular reasons he has outlined (wehrmachtskontingezt). At the lecture, the Gauleiter explains that he wants to discuss the case in his next consultation with Secretary of State Frank. Cains 2.2.1943 (oun) M lo00/o/K-Se. (Mappe Prag!)
