tS 12. The future independent Land Office, as was previously Section IX of the Ministry of Agriculture, should be exempt from all taxes, fees and taxes. In summary, there is a demand to create an independent ground office, which is at first still a protectorate authority, but is only directly under the supervision of the State Secretary at the Reich Protector in Bohemia and Moravia. This independent soil authority is to preserve the concerns of a new land order to be created in the Protectorate and to take over the tasks of the Land Office - Section IX of the Ministry of Agriculture. The independent soil authority will continue the work of the former Czech soil authority in the sense of a deutsčhel folk politics under the extensions outlined above and liquidate the old soil reform. It is still noted that the independent soil administration as protectorate authority is intended only as an interim solution for the duration of the existence of the protectorate. Prague, the 1o.
