2 I therefore consider it desirable that § 3, para.2 be styled in a way that would exclude such ambiguities, and therefore suggest the following word: "The head of the ground office is entitled, with the approval of the chairman of the government in the jurisdiction of the soil office regulations according to § 2 of the decree of the Reichsprotektor of 27. Finally, I consider it expedient that - in the same way as the Government Decree No. 12l/39 Coll., as amended by the Government Order No. l89/40 Coll. on the establishment of the Supreme Prize Authority with regard to the Chairman of that Authority - also in the current regulation concerning the Head of the Land Office - it is expressly stated that the President of the Republic will appoint and dismiss the latter on the proposal of the President.
