In essence, all agricultural Jewish holdings over 5 ha (smaller holdings are not in principle taken into compulsory administration) are covered, the action can be regarded as closed. The reduction in the extent of the Jewish compulsory administration is partly. As a result of the increase in the total size, the vast majority of the holdings with Czech owners are made up of holdings with Jewish holdings and wealth. In 1942, the size of the farms increased from 146,000 hectares to around 238,000 hectares, i.e. by 63%. The increase in the number of compulsory administrations in the Czech sector is exceptionally high, rising from 586 to 2,609 enterprises, i.e. by 345.2 %, but this increase, as already mentioned, is mainly due to the large number of newly established settlement compulsory administrations. The increase in number and extent of the Reich's collection assets (194l: 35 enterprises with 17,100 ha; 1942: 76 enterprises with 46,423 ha) and the increase in the number of church enterprises (l94l: l0; 1942 : 28). According to the origin, 2 categories must be distinguished in the Reichsabgabemögen : 1) enterprises which were collected by the secret police of Stæats from the legal basis of the state hostility of the owner (part of these enterprises was before confiscation in compulsory administration of the Land Office), 2) enterprises of owners against which was recognized by judgment of the national courts and special courts for asset confiscating. By far the farms under point 1) (mostly large land holdings) are dominated by scale. As far as agricultural land and district ownership was concerned, the Land Office for Boehne and Moravia with the Versicherungsamt at the Reichsprotektor in Bohemia and Moravia is the Land Authority for Boohne and Mähren.
