In all circumstances, the Office must, until further notice, freely and independently dispose of the company's paper production. Obergruppenführ- rer Pohl then asked to grant his department a right of pre-purchase in the event of a divestment intention. The Secretary of State has promised Obergruppenführer Pohl that the company will not be left for sale at the moment and that in the event of a sale intention the requested pre-purchase right is granted.
