The company Josef S o c h o r , Königinhof a.d. Elbe, was one of the most modern textile printing plants in the Great German Reich. The company consisted of a mechanical weaving mill of 586 looms with modern weaving preparation, a film and machine printing plant, as well as various textile finishing divisions. The company employed 1,238 workers and 164 employees in 1939 and achieved a turnover of ll million crowns.
