Ou Confidential ! Report on the measures taken for the collection of waste materials in the territory of the City of Brno. The basis for the organization of the collection in the area of the city of Brno is the declaration No. 46.156/40-I/B of the Ministry of Commerce, on the establishment of collection points for waste materials. After a thorough examination of the present conditions, house and community collection sites were built side by side. This measure was due to significant structural differences that the city area has. House collection sites, whose construction can be seen from the anäage 2, were built in the area of the Inner City and in the Katastralgebiet Königsfeld. Municipal collection centres, whose construction is shown in Appendix 3, are responsible for the rest of the suburbs, unless special orders have been made for them. The waste material collection of the German population is carried out exclusively by the NSDAP and its branches, so that the measures taken by the city of Brno relate exclusively to the Czech population. Since the Czech population in individual parts of the city /: Appendix 1 :/ is disappearingly small, it was seen in the same way from the establishment of its own collection points and the Czech people were asked to transfer the old and waste materials generated in their households to the German action. The collection of waste materials and waste materials carried out by the municipal school committee with the cooperation of the police department, which is carried out at all Brno schools, is an integral part of the Altstofferfassung.
